Buying from us
Most radio-controlled models are supplied as kits or "almost
ready to run" assemblies. In most cases, you will need to buy
additional items to enable you to use the model. Each of the models
in our catalogue has details of the "required to operate"
items that you need to purchase with the model if you want to operate
it "out of the box". You will find these items either
as options with each individual model, or in the "Accessories"
section within each major section of the catalogue. In addition,
we have a separate model "Spares and Accessories" section
at the end of the catalogue that lists a number of items that every
any modeller needs. To order, you simply follow the on-screen prompts
and go to the "Checkout" section of the shopping site
where you can see and confirm your order.
Prices
We won't be beaten on
price!! If you find you can buy the same products at lower prices
anywhere else in the UK, just show us where and we'll match the
price!

Credit Cards
We only charge your credit
card on the day goods are despatched. Your details are encrypted
before you send them to us from the online shop.
Mistakes
Unfortunately, they happen. If you find you have made a mistake
when ordering from our online model shop, please help us to help
you by emailing or
calling us immediately so that we can correct the order before
it is despatched.
Refunds
We sincerely hope it
won't happen, but if you are dissatisfied with the goods that are
shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us by email

In the unlikely event
that the goods we supply are faulty, damaged in transit, or wrongly
supplied, we will offer you the choice of a direct replacement (subject
to availability) or a full refund. We will make suitable arrangements
for a courier to collect the goods.
If you order the wrong
goods, we will exchange them for your corrected order, provided
that we receive the original goods (carriage and handling paid)
in original condition. If the goods you want are more expensive
than those you ordered, we will charge you the difference. If the
goods you wanted cost less than the ones you ordered, we will, of
course, refund the difference. All replacement goods are subject
to our normal shipping charges.
All refunds will be made
within 10 business days of the goods being returned to us, but you
should note that refunds to some accounts may take a few days longer
to reach your account.
None of the above affects
your statutory rights. All sales are governed by the relevant UK
law.
